Abidoye Arinyunjoye became Olofa at the beginning of 1921. He was on the throne up to 1926, covering a period of six years. He was very kind and loved by the people of Offa. Significantly, the following occurred amongst during reign:-
POLITICS
Oba Abioye was reported not to tolerate nonsense as aptly demonstrated by his reaction to the district Officer at that time when Offa people were instructed to go and carry planks from ira. On this occasion, the people refused and when the Oba was asked to explain, he attributed the reaction of the people to the fact that the Alikali then was the Oba, as he was unable to control the people, by this he was indirectly complaining about the high handedness of the Alikali.
EDUCATION
It was during his reign that Offa had the second primary school, St. Cyprian primary school, 1921.The Ogidiri primary school also came into existence in 1924. As a result of his alleged inability to control the people of Offa, he was taken to Ilorin in 1926 and came back the throne since he died in Ilorin.
